Municipal Court

Due to the need for the court to be taking extraordinary precautions during the Corona Virus Pandemic we will be rescheduling your March 24th appearance date to:  Tuesday, May 12th, 2020, at 8 a.m.

April court dates have been rescheduled to Tuesday, May 26, 2020, at 8 a.m. 

If you would like to resolve your citation without making an in-person appearance, we ask that you call us Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. at 262-691-9083 and we can make arrangements for you to discuss with the City Prosecutor.

Court starts at 8 a.m. and is held on Tuesdays only.

Municipal Court is held at City Hall on the lower level adjoining the court office lobby. Parking is available in the lower and middle lots of City Hall. We ask that you do not park in the Employee lot or spaces reserved for Emergency vehicles.

The Municipal Judge has jurisdiction as provided by law and sections 755.045 and 755.05, Wisconsin Statutes and exclusive jurisdiction of violations of City of Pewaukee ordinances, resolutions, and by-laws.
