City of Pewaukee § 6.05 states: “No person under the age of 18 shall loiter, stand, walk, stroll, run, bike drive, congregate or play upon or within public rights-of-way, railroads, parks, public lands or buildings, or places of commercial, industrial or institutional use or activity after 11 PM and before 6 AM unless accompanied by a parent, legal guardian or other adult having custody, care, and control of such minor person; or unless the minor person not under such control is working or traveling between home and work or between home and supervised school, church, or civic function.”
