My mailbox and/or other items were damaged by the snow plowing operation. Who will repair this?
Please note that the City owns approximately 15 feet (this does vary throughout the community) from the edge of pavement. Landscape items should not be located within this right of way to prevent damage by the City. The mailbox is required to be located within this right of way and we make every effort to avoid it during our plowing operations. You may submit a request to have your mailbox on a list for repairs. Please note that repairs will be made after the event clean up is completed which can be up to several weeks after the initial event depending on its severity. Contact the Streets Department for more information: 262-691-0771.
