Bill Payment Options

Pay in Person: The City of Pewaukee Water & Sewer Utility accepts utility bill payments in cash, by check, or credit or debit card at Pewaukee City Hall, W240N3065 Pewaukee Road, during regular business hours. Please Note: Credit and debit card payments are not accepted over the phone.

Mail Your Payment: Make your check payable to "City of Pewaukee" and mail it to: Pewaukee City Hall, W240N3065 Pewaukee Road, Pewaukee, WI 53072. Please be sure to include your payment stub with your check to ensure proper processing. Payments received without the stub may be returned and subject to late charges.

Automatic Payment Plan (ACH): For your convenience, you can enroll in our Automatic Payment Plan, which allows your quarterly utility bill to be automatically withdrawn from your bank account. Click here to sign up: ACH payments. 

Online Payment: You may also make a one-time, non-recurring payment using a credit or debit card. Click here to pay online: Pay your bill online. 

PLEASE NOTE FEE SCHEDULE: 

Credit or Debit Card Payments: A service fee of $1.50 per $50.00 will be applied to all credit and debit card transactions. (Example: a $4.00 service fee will be applied to a payment of $175.01.) 

E-check Payments: A service fee of $1.50 fee will be applied to E-check payments up to $10,000.00. A service fee of $10.00 will be applied to E-check payments over $10,000.00.

REMINDER: Payment of the quarterly utility bill is due on the 10th day of the month following the billing date shown on your statement. A 1% late payment charge will be added to bills not paid within 20 days of the billing date. An additional 1% late charge will be assessed each month thereafter until the balance is paid in full. Late charges are calculated on the total unpaid balance, including any previously assessed late fees, and apply to all customers.
