Bill Payment Options
Pay in Person: The City of Pewaukee Water & Sewer Utility accepts payment of utility bills in cash or check at Pewaukee City Hall, W240N3065 Pewaukee Road, during regular business hours. We do not accept credit or debit card payments over the phone.
Mail Your Payment: Make your check payable to "City of Pewaukee" and mail it to: Pewaukee City Hall, W240N3065 Pewaukee Road, Pewaukee, WI 53072. Payment stub must be included with payment. Payments received without the payment stub may be returned and subject to late charges.
Automatic Payment Plan (ACH): To sign up to have payment of your quarterly utility bill automatically withdrawn from your bank account, click here: ACH payments.
Online Payment: This is a one-time, non-recurring payment. To pay your utility bill online using a credit or debit card, click here: Pay your bill online. PLEASE NOTE FEE SCHEDULE: Credit or Debit Card Payment: A service fee of $1.50 per $50.00 will be applied to your credit or debit card payment (example: a $4.00 service fee will be applied to a payment of $175.01). E-check Payment: A service fee of $1.50 fee will be applied for an E-check up to $10,000.00; a service fee of $10.00 for an E-check over $10,000.00 will be applied.
REMINDER: Payment of the quarterly utility bill is due on the 10th of the month following the billing date shown on the statement. A late payment charge of 1% will be added to bills not paid within 20 days of billing date. An additional 1% will be added every month thereafter until the balance is paid in full. This late payment charge shall be applied to the total unpaid balance, including late payment charges. This late payment is applicable to all customers.
