Advent Yoga

Join Karlie for a fluid, dynamic, and meditative vinyasa flow designed to connect you back to your body, inner peace, and center. This all-levels class invites you to move with intention, allowing your breath to be your guide as you flow seamlessly between postures. Each practice weaves in moments of stillness and breathwork (pranayama) to deepen awareness and presence. We’ll close with the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, supporting integration, balance, and energetic harmony. Come as you are — this class welcomes every level of experience and every body.

 Note: Bring your own yoga mat or borrow one from the shop.
