The City of Pewaukee is considering the extension of the sanitary sewer and water main from Takoma Drive through Bluemound Road. These extensions would provide access to properties that cannot connect to public utilities. Extending the water main would also allow the City to provide enough water flow for adequate fire protection to the area.
The City of Pewaukee has scheduled a public hearing for the affected property owners along Bluemound Road. The purpose of this hearing is to learn more about the utility improvements. The public hearing will take place at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, May 19, 2025, in the Common Council Chambers located in the lower level of City Hall at W240N3065 Pewaukee Road.
Copies of the plan set, the letter to affected property owners, and the report showing the breakdown of costs for the project are all available for viewing. These materials are also available at City Hall.
